Friday, April 27, 2012  11:00 am – 9:00 pm Set up - Fort Smith Centennial Arena

Saturday, April 28, 2012 - Fort Smith Centennial Arena

• 8:30 am to 10:30 am - Pancake Breakfast
• 9:00 am to  5:00 pm – Opening and Trade Show
• 10:00 am to 4:00 pm - Exhibitors Lounge
• 8:30 am to 4:30 pm – Concession

Door prizes, draws and stage show entertainment with a designated rest area will be held throughout the day.

• 10 x 10 exhibit booths
• 8’ high backwall drape
• 3’ high sidewall drape
• 1 800 watt electrical outlet
• 8’ skirted paper covered table
• 2 65 watt floodlights
• 2 folding chairs
• Booth Numbers

Available Items & Services

• Sign hooks
• 4 wheel Dollies
• Rental desk – carpet, underpad, draw drums, etc.
• Security

Booth Regulations

• No object must extend beyond your booth area
• You are responsible for your own booth and are to ensure that it is neat, tidy and safe at all times.
• Booths may be only set up during allotted time of Friday, April 27th  between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm. There will be no exceptions or extensions to this regulation. Please use double door entry at the rear of arena.
• The trade show committee is at no time responsible for any articles used in the construction of your booth or as part of your booth display before, during or after the trade show
• Sound and smell levels should be avoided, to not interfere with your neighbours presentations
